The Problem
Every morning in millions of households, the same battle plays out: kids reaching for devices before breakfast, before homework, before chores. Parents negotiating, compromising, giving in.
We wanted to flip that dynamic. What if the morning routine came first — and the reward was waiting on the other side?
The Solution
KIDM gives parents a simple dashboard to set daily tasks for their kids — brush teeth, make the bed, read for 20 minutes, finish homework. Each task is worth points.
When all tasks are complete, the Morning Feed unlocks: a curated stream of age-appropriate, educational YouTube videos. Screen time earned, not demanded. Everyone wins.
