By accessing or using Kid Morning ("KIDM", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kid Morning provides a family task management and curated content delivery platform. Parents may create accounts, configure daily tasks for their children, and unlock curated educational video content upon task completion. The Service is intended for family use under parental supervision.
3. User Accounts
Access to the Service requires authentication via a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Children's Privacy
Kid Morning is designed for use by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All account creation and data management is handled by the parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information is entered into the platform.
5. Content
The Morning Feed surfaces publicly available YouTube videos from a curated list of educational channels. We do not host, control, or take responsibility for third-party video content. YouTube's own terms of service and community guidelines apply to all video content. We reserve the right to modify the list of approved channels at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kid Morning and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
